The Model 7640 series of power supplies is comprised of 3 units with maximum output of 1000 V, 2000 V or 5000 V. It is useful for work with our photomultiplier tube and channel electron multiplier detector assemblies. For a channel electron multiplier see Model 425, for end on PMTs see Model 650 or 658. For PMT assemblies for side on tubes see Model 654.

The Model 7640 is highly regulated and designed for use with photomultiplier tube or channel electron multiplier type detectors, or other devices, requiring a stable source of high voltage. Voltage can be set with the precision 10-turn lockable potentiometer or remotely, via scaled 0 - 9 V input or RS-232 on some models (please inquire).
All models feature 6' line cord and power connector (factory configured for 110 or 220 operation), power switch, LCD display of HV setting, remote or local mode switch, HV output connector, and auxiliary / remote connector.
