Vacuum Ultraviolet and Deep UV
Model 650 52mm end on Photomultiplier housing, works from 30 to 900nm with PMT and scintillator. Use with 7640 HV supply. Model 650-1, a PMT housing with front flange seal for MgF2 window and solar blind PMTs. Model 658 28mm end on Photomultiplier housing. Most sensitive combination end-on photomultiplier with scintillator. Use with 7640 HV supply. Model 421 Aluminum photodiode detector, windowless and bakeable, for ~30 to 150nm Model 422 rotatable Photodiode for ~30 to 150nm. Moves to allow in situ calibration. Also available for UHV. Model 452 Polarization Analyzer with photodiode. Measures reflectance of a 45-degree Gold coated mirror and rotates through 90-degrees. |

Extreme UV and Soft X-ray
Open microchannel plate (MCP) intensifier for 1 to 180nm select plate (single, high gain, chevron, etc.) photocathode and phosphor. Available gated. McPherson offers purpose built MCP assemblies as well as packaged systems. Uses Model 735 HV supply. Model 425 Channel Electron Multiplier (CEM) for photon counting or CW detection from 1 to 180nm. Use with 7640 HV supply. Detector Power SuppliesModel 7640 high voltage (HV) adjustable DC supply, extremely stable.
