Universal Vacuum Leak Stations
McPherson, Inc. has custom manufactured universal vacuum leak test stations which are available in several sizes and configurations. Large, medium and small chambers mounted to appropriate stands are available. Selection of appropriate heights eases operator access to chamber.
Vacuum pumping systems of different types can be offered in conjunction
with these chambers. Fast turnaround of components to be tested
is facilitated by custom tailored interlock safety and control
systems. McPherson, Inc. is in a position to provide engineering
proposals to solve in vacuuo testing problems if specifics are
submitted.
Vacuum gauge calibration system
The model 840 vacuum gauge calibration system is a self-contained portable vacuum turbo pumping system with master thermocouple and cold cathode discharge gauge heads and associated electronics that are traceable to the national bureau of standards. This is one example of our custom manufacturing capability.

Rare and heavy metal vacuum melt stations
Work stations to perform in vacuuo melting of metals and metal alloys are built by McPherson to customer specs. Systems with bell jar or larger chamber type containers can be provided to support oxidation free manufacturing.
