Off plane Soft x-ray SpectrometerThe new McPherson Off Plane XCT (OP-XCT) has very efficient off-plane grazing incidence optics and grating geometry for excellent throughput in the soft x-ray and EUV. It can be assembled as a double monochromator too, for time compensated operation and pulse probe type photoemission or ARPES experiments.

Deep UV Luminescence Spectrophotometer This is a new Spectrophotometer for material science and display / lighting research. This vacuum ultraviolet optical test system is for samples that emit light, like phosphors or photo- and electro-luminescent crystals. It can measure reflectance, transmission and photoemission over its complete working, 120 nanometers to 2.2 microns
